Your pet will be under general anesthesia and the uterus and ovaries are removed.
This procedure prevents female animals from reproducing. It is a very common procedure that we highly recommend if you are not going to breed. Spaying your pet helps her live a longer, healthier life as it protects her from potentially deadly diseases, including bacterial infections, reproductive tract diseases, and cancer. Not to mention helping with the over-population of cats and dogs!
