Dr. Pollock
Veterinarian
Dr. Aaron Pollock is a native of Fairmont, WV. After completing his undergraduate studies at West Virginia University, he attended The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine and graduated in 1999. He has been working in private practice since graduating and has worked at the North Central West Virginia Emergency Clinic since its inception.
Dr. Pollock enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine, especially surgery and critical care. He is a strong believer in the value of the physical exam and encourages preventative medicine.
He resides in Fairmont with his wife, their two sons, two dogs, Fiona and Ellie, one cat, Jaxx, and 4 horses.
In his spare time, Dr. Pollock enjoys spending time with his family, beekeeping, playing basketball, and working on old Gravely tractors.
Dr. Adair
Veterinarian
Dr. Mikell Adair was born and raised in Fairmont, WV. She received her undergraduate degrees from Fairmont State University (RVT) and West Virginia University. She attended The Ohio State University to obtain her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine in 2007. Following graduation, she moved to Charleston, South Carolina where she practiced as an emergency clinician at a busy specialty veterinary practice for over 10 years before deciding to move back to the “Friendly City.”
Dr. Adair is passionate about providing the best and most practical care to our clients and their furry family members. Her veterinary interest is emergency and critical care.
She resides in Fairmont with her husband and their two children, three dogs: Josie, Crosby, and Calvin, and a cat, Banks.
When time allows, Dr. Adair enjoys staying active, playing the guitar, and spending time with her family.
Dr. Hart
Veterinarian
Dr. Ryan Hart grew up in Gassaway, West Virginia, and his passion for veterinary medicine started from a young age on his family’s farm. He received his Bachelor’s in Animal and Nutritional Sciences from WVU, and attended The Ohio State University’s School of Veterinary Medicine from which he earned his degree in 2020.
Prior to joining Hillcrest, Dr. Hart worked in a mixed animal practice in central West Virginia. He moved to Morgantown in mid 2022 with his wife and their charcoal lab named Jake.
He has a special interest in surgery and working with clients and their pets to strengthen the human-animal bond.
Outside of work, Dr. Hart enjoys spending time with family, golfing, skiing, hiking and spending time on the farm.
Dr. Warner
Veterinarian
Dr. Jackie Warner was born in Ceredo, West Virginia but raised in Bridgeport, West Virginia where she currently resides. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Animal Nutrition at West Virginia University and obtained her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine on Virginia Tech’s campus in 2016.
After graduation, Dr. Warner practiced in corporate medicine in Tampa and Nashville, but transitioned to a large private practice in Arlington, VA before returning home during the COVID19 pandemic.
Dr. Warner has a special interest in pain management and alternative medicine and has extensive training in physical rehabilitation and acupuncture for companion animals.
She currently lives in Bridgeport with her two dogs, Groot and Bumble, and her cat, Chef. In her spare time she enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.
