Dr. Kelley Owen
Veterinarian
Dr. Kelley Owen was born and raised in Morgantown. Her father, Eugene “Doc” Owen, founded Hillcrest Veterinary Clinic in 1961. She quickly became known around the clinic as she enjoyed helping her father in his veterinary duties as she grew up.
Dr. Aaron Pollock
Veterinarian
Dr. Aaron Pollock is a native of Fairmont, WV. After completing his undergraduate studies at West Virginia University, he attended The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine and graduated in 1999. He has been working in private practice since graduating and has worked at the North Central West Virginia Emergency Clinic since its inception.
Dr. Mikell Adair
Veterinarian
Dr. Mikell Adair was born and raised in Fairmont, WV. She received her undergraduate degrees from Fairmont State University (RVT) and West Virginia University. She attended The Ohio State University to obtain her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine in 2007. Following graduation, she moved to Charleston, South Carolina, where she practiced as an emergency clinician at a busy specialty veterinary practice for over 10 years before deciding to move back to the “Friendly City.”
Dr. Molly Allen
Veterinarian
Dr. Molly Allen was born and raised in Fairmont. She received her undergraduate degree from West Virginia University and her graduate degree from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2007.
Dr. Franci Kenney
Veterinarian
Dr. Franci Kenney was raised in Logan, West Virginia, but moved to Morgantown, WV in 1993. She completed her Bachelor of Science at West Virginia University and obtained her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Georgia in 1991.
Dr. Ryan Hart
Veterinarian
Dr. Ryan Hart grew up in Gassaway, West Virginia, and his passion for veterinary medicine started from a young age on his family’s farm. He received his Bachelor’s in Animal and Nutritional Sciences from WVU, and attended The Ohio State University’s School of Veterinary Medicine, from which he earned his degree in 2020.
Dr. Jaclyn Warner
Veterinarian
Dr. Jackie Warner was born in Ceredo, West Virginia, but raised in Bridgeport, West Virginia, where she currently resides. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Animal Nutrition at West Virginia University and obtained her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine on Virginia Tech’s campus in 2016.
Dr. Lane Pollock
Veterinarian
Dr. Lane joined our veterinary team shortly after earning his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Lincoln Memorial University in May 2025. Prior to attending LMU, he received his Bachelor of Science in Animal and Nutritional Sciences from West Virginia University.
Dr. Kelley Owen
Veterinarian
Dr. Kelley Owen was born and raised in Morgantown. Her father Eugene “Doc” Owen opened Hillcrest Veterinary Clinic in 1961. She enjoyed helping her father in his veterinary duties as she grew up.
She is a graduate of University High School, has a degree in animal science from West Virginia University, and in 1990 received her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Tuskegee University School of Veterinary Medicine in Alabama. Her father sadly passed away while she was in her last year of veterinary school. Upon finishing her doctorate, Dr. Owen came back to Morgantown and was the sole practitioner at Hillcrest until 2008.
Her veterinary interests include preventative medicine and nutrition, natural medicine, clinical case work-ups, and work with local humane and rescue groups.
Her hobbies are bodybuilding and dog training. She is active with the Mountaineer Kennel Club and Animal Friends of North Central West Virginia.
Dr. Owen is married to Mark Haseleu, also of Morgantown, and they have 8 dogs: Hank, Sammi, Tallie, Lilly, Bruno, Beverly, Duke, and Luigi, and 2 cats: Minerva and Kit Kat.
Dr. Molly Allen
Veterinarian
Dr. Molly Allen was born and raised in Fairmont. She received her undergraduate degree from West Virginia University and her graduate degree from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2007.
After graduation, Dr. Allen moved to Charleston, SC, to be closer to the beach and warmer weather. She worked in an 8-doctor private practice until deciding to move back to West Virginia to be closer to her family.
Her special interests in veterinary medicine include surgery, dentistry, and dermatology.
Dr. Allen lives in Fairmont with her husband, their two children, two dogs: Pinky & Gus, and one cat, Nala.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and traveling.
Dr. Franci Kenney
Veterinarian
Dr. Franci Kenney was raised in Logan, West Virginia, but moved to Morgantown, WV in 1993. She completed her Bachelor of Science at West Virginia University and obtained her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Georgia in 1991.
Dr. Kenney resides in Fairview, WV, with her husband, their three children, four horses, goats, and two cats: Nelson and Elphaba.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling the world, and enjoying the great outdoors.
Dr. Lane Pollock

A lifelong resident of Fairmont, WV, Dr. Lane continues to call his hometown home, where he lives with his fiancée and their Australian Shepherd, Jax. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys fishing, playing guitar, and staying active through basketball and soccer. He also values spending quality time with his family and friends.
Dr. Lane has a strong interest in internal medicine and preventative care. He is passionate about building lasting relationships with clients and their pets, and he finds great fulfillment in helping families keep their animals happy and healthy.
Dr. Aaron Pollock
Veterinarian
Dr. Aaron Pollock is a native of Fairmont, WV. After completing his undergraduate studies at West Virginia University, he attended The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine and graduated in 1999. He has been working in private practice since graduating and has worked at the North Central West Virginia Emergency Clinic since its inception.
Dr. Pollock enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine, especially surgery and critical care. He is a strong believer in the value of the physical exam and encourages preventative medicine.
He resides in Fairmont with his wife, their two sons, two dogs, Fiona and Ellie, one cat, Jaxx, and 4 horses.
In his spare time, Dr. Pollock enjoys spending time with his family, beekeeping, playing basketball, and working on old Gravely tractors.
Dr. Mikell Adair

Dr. Mikell Adair was born and raised in Fairmont, WV. She received her undergraduate degrees from Fairmont State University (RVT) and West Virginia University. She attended The Ohio State University to obtain her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine in 2007. Following graduation, she moved to Charleston, South Carolina where she practiced as an emergency clinician at a busy specialty veterinary practice for over 10 years before deciding to move back to the “Friendly City.”
Dr. Adair is passionate about providing the best and most practical care to our clients and their furry family members. Her veterinary interest is emergency and critical care.
She resides in Fairmont with her husband and their two children, three dogs: Josie, Crosby, and Calvin, and a cat, Banks.
When time allows, Dr. Adair enjoys staying active, playing the guitar, and spending time with her family.
Dr. Ryan Hart
Veterinarian
Dr. Ryan Hart grew up in Gassaway, West Virginia, and his passion for veterinary medicine started from a young age on his family’s farm. He received his Bachelor’s in Animal and Nutritional Sciences from WVU, and attended The Ohio State University’s School of Veterinary Medicine, from which he earned his degree in 2020.
Prior to joining Hillcrest, Dr. Hart worked in a mixed animal practice in central West Virginia. He moved to Morgantown in mid-2022 with his wife and their charcoal lab named Jake.
He has a special interest in surgery and working with clients and their pets to strengthen the human-animal bond.
Outside of work, Dr. Hart enjoys spending time with family, golfing, skiing, hiking, and spending time on the farm.
Dr. Jackie Warner
Veterinarian
Dr. Jackie Warner was born in Ceredo, West Virginia, but raised in Bridgeport, West Virginia, where she currently resides. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Animal Nutrition at West Virginia University and obtained her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine on Virginia Tech’s campus in 2016.
After graduation, Dr. Warner practiced in corporate medicine in Tampa and Nashville, but transitioned to a large private practice in Arlington, VA, before returning home during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Dr. Warner has a special interest in pain management and alternative medicine and has extensive training in physical rehabilitation and acupuncture for companion animals.
She currently lives in Bridgeport with her two dogs, Groot and Bumble, and her cat, Chef. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.
